Capturing nature's quiet through a lens.

See, feel, and realize things by looking at pictures of plants, animals, and the rising or setting sun. What will you find?

Hi, I’m Gina, a nature photographer based in New Jersey.

I pick up my camera to find the beauty, calm, and awe of the natural world

Insects and macro photography are a favorite style of mine, partly because of my background in the environmental field, and my past work with insects.

Their colors, textures, behaviors, and interactions teach me things.

What I love most is identifying patterns that point to a highly intelligent creator. I see God behind all the creatures I photograph.

I hope my photos stir up joy in your heart, calmness in your mind, and awe in your spirit.

Nature reflection

Time in nature helps calm my mind.

02.

Nature reflection

Time with insects, birds, and other wild animals points me to God for having made so many animals capable of doing so many specialized things.

03.

Nature reflection

Being in nature helps me separate feelings from thoughts from will.

04.

Nature reflection

I've learned to appreciate winter because without leaves on the trees I can see the birds better.

Insects show me things normally unseen. Their colors, textures, behaviors, and interactions teach me more about me, more about others, and more about God. What I love most is identifying patterns that show me a little more about God.
